    The minimum stay duration in our chalets is two nights. We do not have a maximum stay duration.
  • Do the chalets have a full kitchen?
    Yes, our chalets come with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease
  • What activities are nearby?
    Enjoy a variety of nearby activities including skiing, hiking, access to a private beach, golf, and much more. Discover all that our region has to offer to make your stay unforgettable
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your reservation up to one week in advance for a full refund. If you cancel less than a week in advance, no refund will be made.
  • How to handle an emergency or problem during your stay?
    In case of an emergency or issue during your stay, please contact us directly by phone or message
  • How is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is simple and convenient thanks to our electronic lock. You can access the chalet from the scheduled check-in time. As for check-out, we simply ask you to leave the property clean and in good condition before departing. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests.
  • Are there any specific rules to follow during your stay?
    Please respect these rules, particularly by avoiding parties and adhering to the maximum occupancy limit.

    Once your stay is booked, you will receive a dedicated phone number. Feel free to call or send a message to this number, as we are available 24/7 to answer all your questions or assist you if needed. Your comfort and peace of mind are our top priority
  • Do the chalets offer access to a spa and swimming pool?
    Yes, but access to the spa and pool is reserved for guests staying 31 days or more.
